Levantine Cuisine

The Levant is the place where the sun rises, geographically it covers the region bordering the eastern Mediterranean Sea. This region hosted a vast variety of cultures throughout history creating what is now known as the Levantine Cuisine which is the specialty of Ammatoli.

Ammatolí highlights Levantine cuisine in a way that is not only accessible but entices patrons to dive deeper into our ambitious menu.
